Summary
Exciting opportunity for experienced Developers to join our team to work on phase 2 of the Occupational Rehabilitation and Associated Medical Services panel (ORAMS) to create a more end to end user experience.
Who will the specialist worth with
Australian Taxation Office, in consultation with the Digital Transformation Agency
You will be working with a team within the Digital Transformation Agency consisting of Service Designers, User Researchers, Content Designers, Developers and Subject Matter Experts.
What will the specialist do
The user researcher will work in a multidisciplinary team to ensure the identification and prioritisation of the work that benefits users. User researcher will be responsible for building an understanding of the service’s users and their behavior, and providing insights to the team about how users interact with the service. They take the lead on running contextual research sessions with real users, and communicating findings back to the whole team, creating actionable insights to guide design. The user researcher(s) will have extensive experience working in Agile and, ideally, experience with the Commonwealth Digital Service Standard.
Work location: Canberra, or Sydney
Security clearance: A Security clearance will be required (baseline minimum). Police Clearance Checks and Probity Clearance will also be required for all personnel working on this engagement.
Additional information
This work is to expand on the phase 1 service and further build out the end to end experience for users of the Occupational Rehabilitation and Associated Medical Services panel (ORAMS). Services that government buyers can purchase from this panel include ergonomic reviews, compensation rehabilitation assessments and fitness for duty assessments.
This work will be completed in a tight time-frame and will need to be concluded by 30 June 2018. "
