2.The contractors are required to submit their applications to the Commander MES (Army) Bahawalpur Cantt for issuance of tender documents alongwith their complete credentials as shown at ser-6. The applications shall be scrutinized and the tender documents will only be issued to the firms who have sufficient experience the relevant field and satisfy other special conditions required for the job and area. Tenders will only be issued to scrutinized contractors. The tenders must be received in the office of acceptance officer by 26 Apr 2018 till 1130 hrs and will be opened on 1200 hrs on the same date.

3.Firms / Contractors borne on approved list ‘C’& above of MES and having experience of this type of work may apply.

4.Firms / Contractor borne on approved list of MES will furnish with their applications proof of their being on approved list of MES and statement of previous experience giving details of similar works executed in the last two years and in hand on the proforma appended below.

5.Separate application will be considered for each work.

6.Firms / Contractors not borne on approved list of MES will furnish their applications alongwith statement of previous experience giving details of works executed during last two years and in hand as per form appended below:-
