What We Are Accepting:
Regional traditional arts or hand-made crafts made by the vendor themselves or their immediate family.
No commercially-produced, imported, kit-made, or catalog products will be allowed.
Food vendors are welcome, but cannot sell: soda, water, coffee, Gatorade/Powerade, hot dogs, brats, burgers or candy. This is due to previously established Northland College student fundraisers.

Display setup:
Only one additional table will be allowed per vending space. The table will be provided by Northland College (see above for prices). Vendors may provide their own display cases at no additional cost;any additional display equipment MUST fit on a tabletop and cannot exceed a height of 4 feet above the tabletop(No canopies allowed).Further, there is no drug/alcohol paraphernalia, drug/alcohol promotion, or items implicit in drug/alcohol use allowed.
There is a limited number of spaces available to be filled on afirst-registered/paid, first served basis.
*Vendors will not be allowed to set up before 9:30am the day of the event. Please be finished setting up by NOON.*

Payment:
Cash and checks are accepted. Make checks payable to:the Northland College Native American Student Association. All vendors will receive receipts. There will be no refunds, once a vendor has been notified of acceptance.

I certify that I have read all vendor guidelines and agree to abide by them. I certify that all items I am selling are hand-crafted by me, the exhibitor in the booth, or my immediate family. I understand that if the Indigenous Cultures Center (ICC), the Native American Student Association (NASA), the Pow Wow Committee or Northland College find fault or discrepancy in me or my work, I will correct it or agree to leave. I agree that the ICC, NASA, the Pow Wow Committee, or Northland College is not responsible for any losses, claims, or liability that may arise as a result of my entry into the Northland College Annual Spring Powwow.

1pm – First Grand Entry
5pm – Feast
7pm – Second Grand Entry
9:30pm-11pm – Load-out
