Monday 8th June 2015 at 7.00pm , South Lodge.

The Council object to this application which would be an over development of the site and the proximity of plot H to No. 21 South Park Crescent which would be un-neighbourly. Plot H exceeds the rough footprint of the property to be demolished contrary to the statement in the Design and Access Statement.
The additional vehicular movements created by the increase in the number of properties on the site would create additional noise and disturbance for neighbouring properties.
If permission was granted, we would wish to see conditions attached requiring the storage of materials and construction infrastructure (such as scaffolding) carried out in such a way that they would not create a nuisance to neighbours.
We would also wish to see a condition attached requiring the boundary screening between this site and the properties on Parkside to be retained and strengthened.
Please would Tree Officer visit to consider placing a TPO on the willow tree on the corner of 4 Parkside which protrudes onto this site. / 15 And 17 South Park Crescent
