Pastor’s Remarks: Review of ADW Pastoral Council Policy (2013); schedule for year; discussion of vitality of parish-active parish with great staff and volunteers; business discussion (office photocopying costs review; LED lighting study; landscaping review plus water drainage and sump pump; accounting); expansion of Eucharistic Ministers and new training by Deacon Mattocks
  4. Reports Q&A –(distributed in advance): Adult Faith Formation; Community Affairs; Principal’s Report; Social Responsibility and Outreach; Spanish Community Report; Vocations

New council formation: 12 elected Members (John Piernikowski (Chairman), Dick Jasinski, Sally McClean, Michelle Aldridge, David DeSalle (Secretary), Larry Boesch, Craig Correa, Jim O’Donnell, Jane Coburn, Janet Stewart-Walker, James Damron, Mark Dirlam); 2 Appointed Members (Karen Sachs (Vice Chairman) appointed by Fr. Meyers and new Youth Rep. Katlyn Chang); 2 Ex-officio Members (Teri Dwyer (School Principal) and Jorge Acuna (Spanish Committee)); 2 Pastoral Leaders (Fr. Mike Salah (Pastor) and Fr.   4. Rosary Recitation idea (proposed by Joe Doane): approved; bulletin announcement: Rosary encouraged after daily Mass (9AM)
  5. New Evangelization idea (proposed by Joe Doane): not endorsed due to multiple concurrent efforts

  7. Illegal parking complaints near front of church: will mark circle and use signs
  8. Music sheets: brown number boards will be remounted
  9. Lack of candles: 2 tabernacle 2 altar (min); 6 for adoration
