to be announced on stage and participate at function!!

** June 30th, 2012** Ages o months to 12 year old- Sunday Best! Entries at the door will be No Makeup, No Pageant Hair & No Flippers!

Every Contestant Gets a prize!
Late registration will not be eligible for this prize!
10 - Queens: receive a sparkling tiara, elegantly monogrammed sash, beautiful crown pin, long stem rose and a photo by KB Serene Photography.
10 - Princesses: receive a sparkling tiara, Banner and a photo by KB Serene Photography.
30 - 1st, 2nd & 3rd : receive a beauty queen trophy & Banner.
10 - Photogenic Winners: receive a trophy, Banner and a (3) pose photo by KB Serene Photography(on cd). (photos must be 1- 3x5 pr 5x7 headshot in a plastic sleeve, envelope or folder with the contestant’s full name and age)
10 - Portfolio Winners: receive a trophy, Banner and a (3) pose photo by KB Serene Photography(on cd). (photos must be 3 to 5 photos that capture the contestants personality). Please no 8x10 or larger. Place in a plastic sleeve, envelope or folder with the contestants full name and age.
10 - People Choice Winners: receive a trophy and banner. (People choice is voted on by the audience. Any audience member can submit as many votes as they desire for any contestant. $1.00 per vote. This is done on the day of the pageant.
Best of Luck donation awards
This is a way for each contestant to pay their entry fees and earn more prizes!
Earn $60 in donations and receive a free registration entry and a prize on stage.
Earn $85 in donations and receive a free registration entry, metal and prize.
Top ten collectors with minimum of $100 in donations will receive a free registration entry, princess tiara, metal and prize.
The Top #1 collector will receive a free registration entry, princess tiara, metal, prize and $50 in cash!

Important Information:
Deadline for all entries and donations is June 30th.
Doors will open at 8:30am. $4.00 admission for adults, $2.00 for children.
Concessions will be sold. (no food or drinks allowed inside auditorium)
Business sponsor slips count towards Best of Luck Donation Contest. (see next page for details)
Each contestant is allowed one person back stage.

Must be present for the CYS “Festival de’ Sports” August 4th and/or 5th with Crown and Sash. There she will presented and be a part of the Festival activities.
Must be present at the 2013 CYS pageant to crown the next queen
Must wear crown and sash to any other festivals that she attends.
