Instructions:

This work plan has three parts for your team to complete:

  1. The first section in purple should be completed by your team prior to or followingWebinar 1.
  2. The next sections in green should be completed following each Session or activity of the Peer Learning Group. These sectionsprovide a place for your team to capture important ideas and information to consider from the reading resources, pre session assignments, presentations, peer discussions, and team reaction/comments.
  3. The last section shaded gray, provides space for your team to begin to capture an action plan. The Action Plan will be finalized by the team during/after the last session of the Peer Learning Table.
