WOW! The first step in Upper Level Leadership with Thirty-One is as a Senior Director! When you promote you will get a gift right away – will be on its way soon! BUT when you are paid as a Sr. Director for three months – I get a bonus for Leadership Promotions.
When I get that bonus – I take a portion of it and put it towards YOU to celebrate!!!
Your gift – something in the little BLUE box from Tiffany! You get to choose one of the three collections below! When you promote to Executive Director, you get the second piece in the collection and then when you promote to Senior Executive Director you get the last piece of the collection which finishes off the entire set!

Eligibility
To be eligible for “Bonus Gifts”, you must meet the “paid at status” for your new level for the first three months. After the 3rd month, you will receive your “Bonus Gift.” Once you achieve Senior Director, you must choose a collection and all “Bonus gifts” thereafter will be from that collection in the order stated in the chart above.
The Silver Bells Promotion Gifts Program is good only for Ind. Senior Executive Director Gretchen Manmiller’s first line team. This program is good for promotions and bonuses earned in March 2011 to December 2011.
At the time of your promotion, if the jewelry or products are not available from Tiffany, you will receive a product comparable to the rest of the collection and price.
Current Directors who have already received their bonus
Please note that current Directors that have already received their bonus and have already received the Proverbs Thirty-One bracelet will not receive a Brighton Bracelet and charms with this program. I will work on a special incentive so that you will have a chance to earn it.
Current Senior Directors (who have received their bonus gifts), Executive Directors and Senior Executive Directors
Please note that all current Senior Directors (that have received their bonus gifts) as well as current Executive Directors and Senior Executive Directors will continue to receive what was given at National Conference Last Year:
