All Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors encouraged to apply.

Policies and Procedures:

1)Sessions willbegin promptly at 8am. Students will be required to check-in and then report to their classrooms. All classes are held at: 3150 McGavock Pike, Nashville, TN 37214.

2)Students should be present by 7:45 am and ready for instruction by 8:00am. No late students will be allowed in the classroom. Students missing days will have to obtain information from teachers. No make-up days will be given. NO Refunds will be given for more than (1) absence.

3)Camp Dates are Saturday, September20th, October 4th, 11th18th

4)The Fall ACT test date is October25th, 2014. (We are not sponsoring the TEST!!)

5)All students should be picked up and off school property no later than 12:45pm each Saturday. Classes will end at 12:30pm. In case of emergency, please call the Program Coordinator.

6)All students must follow instructions given by teachers at all times. Students are not permitted to use offensive language or violent behavior before, during, and after class time on the property. Students found using such language or violent behavior will be asked to leave the ACT Camp without the ability to return. NO Refunds will be given for students asked to leave.

7)The attire for Saturday sessions is:

-Gentlemen: no sagging shorts or jeans, cut up shirts, muscle shirts or holes in jeans.

-Ladies: no short shorts or skirts, cut up shirts, holes in jeans or low cleavage shirts.

No exceptions to attire requirements.Students not meeting the dress requirements will not be admitted and will be marked absent for that session.

8)Cell phones are not permitted during class time. The Diamond Foundation will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen items.

9)Students are not permitted in areas of the building not associated with the program for both safety and security purposes. Students must use the designated entrances and exits.

10)The Diamond Foundation is not responsible for any incidents that may occur due to student non-compliance to safety and security measures.

11)The ACT Boot Camp is not responsible forregistering students for the ACT Test. It is the responsibility of the student or parent.The deadline for the October 25thtest date is September 19th, 2014 (Late Fee Required September 20th – October 3rd).

  4. A service fee will be applied to all PayPal payments
  5. Invoices must be paid by the registration deadline
  1. All student and parents will be notified via email and letter of the student’s acceptance, waitlist or denial into the program. Registration fees will be refunded in the event a student is denied entrance.
