Deposit of £55 (non refundable) and the remaining £100 to be paid at or before the pre-camp meeting (date to be confirmed).
A few points to note:
Members who are aged 9 can go to Intermediate camp but they need to be 10 years old or over to stay the night. The ponies can stay over, unless you want to take them home, but please bear in mind ponies that stay must have their hind shoes removed. Please note we are limited with the number of stables we can have.
We need a helper for each child, the helper must, without exception be able to do 2 sessions at camp – either morning or afternoon or one overnight stay (you must have a DBS check to stay). More help is always appreciated if you are able. An email will be sent out asking for your preferred days which we will try our best to fulfil. If you are unable to do a session a charge of £20.00 will unfortunately have to be charged so that we can pay for cover.
Ponies need to be fully vaccinated and wormed and as mentioned have their hind shoes removed, unless they have been allocated a stable. We will let you know if you have a stable at the pre-camp meeting.
Please make sure your child's tetanus is up to date.
DON'T FORGET YOUR CHILD NEEDS TO HAVE ATTENDED 3 MOUNTED RALLIES PRIOR TO CAMP.
