CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO THIS INSURANCE:

GTv5 43 - Workboat

This policy is extended to cover this Vessel whilst used as a workboat.

It is a condition of this insurance that the Assured or the Assured's qualified skipper is on board and in control of the insured vessel at all times during this use.

Section 3 is deleted.

Special Extension noted in Clause 1.4 is agreed.

This policy does not cover any liability to or of such qualified skipper &/or paid crew.

This policy does not cover loss of, damage to or the liability of any cargo carried.

GTv5 54 - Single-Handed Sailing

Subject to Special Clause G - Single-Handed Sailing

It is agreed that the vessel may be sailed single handed by the Assured or any other competent persons (whose details of experience have been notified to and agreed by us) within the cruising limits stated in the schedule.

Subject to Insurers being in receipt of a satisfactory proposal form within 14 days of cover commencing and proof of any no claims discount allowance.
