- Ixanos:Flash-Drive based Content Management for the mobile user with a zero footprint (No registry changes and no hidden files. Completely Transparent footprint). An application written in Java 1.7 providing a Lucene-like Search engine with a full-blown user interface, supporting file updates and besides all Lucene queries, offers also SuffixQueries (*xxx). Ixanos allows Search engine-based access to all your documents from a flash drive (including images and scanned docs). This way you obtain

- RWE: Siebel Development and troubleshooting production issues. Development consisted of Workflow development, eScripts, Siebel Configuration, Campaign Configuration troubleshooting. Preparation of an initial and delta interface to connect (and later on replace) an existing messaging application to Siebel. Messages where send to and from Siebel and could stay unprocessed for months obeying to ever changing regulations and hereby increasing the complexity of the processes. All existing and new messages would have to be ported to Siebel and remain, in their processing status, identical.
Functional experience: All parts of the functional design were driven by me as I had the responsibility for the deliverables. I had to get the information to obtain a bird-eyes view on the processes, their modes of operation as well as the data involved and to map them to Siebel. I was driving discussions with technical and business staff supporting the messaging application.
- Vodafone: Troubleshooting production issues. Mediating discussions (related to Siebel technical problems and new developments) between Vodafone production team and the integrator’s consortium. Items escalated to me ranged from UI-related issues up to Campaign execution failures, OBI integration failures, delta interface (EAI) failures, Fuzzy failures, Actuate reporting failures, Siebel Analytics failures, Database performance tuning, scheduled jobs and workflow execution failures or performance improvement.
