Pre-Show Guest Requests: Circle ONE YES NO or Up to the DJ
Circle option above if you want the DJ to go table-to-table just before the dance begins to ask for requests from the guests. They will stop asking when they reach a reasonable number of requests which is usually 40-60 songs for a 4 hour dance. THIS OPTION REALLY HELPS TO GET THE DANCE GOING.
This does not apply if the DJ is not providing dinner music prior to the dance or dinner music is played song by song or other activities similar to “toasts” that require the DJ to be back behind the DJ area to run equipment.

How much interaction do you want from your DJ?
Limitations may apply depending on
the DJ Package purchased and/or DJ training. See your contract for details or call. The best way to use top professionals is to let them do what they do best as in the catagory “As much as appropriate” as a suggestion.
[ ] Medium. If people are not dancing, then get on the microphone and try to get them going. Once they are dancing then keep pretty much quiet.
[ ] As much as appropriate. Make it a lot of fun if the guests are getting into it and it is appropriate interaction based on your experience. We will let you know if we want less or more interaction. Do not tell jokes or be obnoxious but make the dance fun. We want you to be involved and having fun with us!
[ ] Low Key. Talk only when we want you to make an announcement.
WARNING! Low key will produce usually lower numbers of people dancing..
Guest Request Priority Level (best success for your guests in mind is the first box)
[ ] Please play our top 10 most important songs as we have outlined on the songlist
and then mix in any guest requests that in your opinion would fit in well.
[ ] Play from only the songs we’ve selected on the list. Allow no guest requests.
To help the DJ plan their day better, is the DJ invited to dinner? [ ] Yes [ ] No
Our Top 10 most important requests
Reminder that these are only suggestions to the DJ.
This is not a legal contract and is intended to assist the DJ’s performance.
Please list your top 10 favorite songs. The DJ will play them in the best order they feel at the dance. The DJ will call you with any songs they don’t have and see if you have them. Do not count Bunny Hop/Hokey Pokey in this list.
