OSP ANNOUNCES NEW POST DOC SALARY POLICY

In accordance with the new Federal policy on labor charges, we have been advised by URI Human Resources that the new minimum salary rate for Post-Doctoral fellows is now $47,460.

When preparing grant budgets proposals please take into consideration that if you’re certain of the exact start date of the award, you may budget only one 3% salary increase however, if the start date is uncertain then you should budget two 3% increases for the first year of the budget proposals.
