Lenten Small Group FAQ

“Divine Mercy. The Second Greatest Story Ever Told”

January 28 – April 14, 2018

  1. What are small groups and how do they work?
  • For our 2018 Lenten small groups, we have selected the Formed.org program, “Divine Mercy. The Second Greatest Story Ever Told’. Materials will be provided by the facilitator.
  • Small Groups: A small group is 5-12 people who gather together to socialize, pray, study and grow in their Catholic faith. Small groups are typically men’s, women’s, or couples but also include other groups who gather together – young couples, singles, grandparents, parishioners in senior living. Facilitators are parishioners. Small group members can be non-parishioners.
  • Meeting Location: Small groups meet on-site at the parish, in homes or another agreed upon location.
  • Meeting Schedule: Small groups will meet for 10 sessions weekly from January 28 through April 14. Meetings will run from 1-1.5 hours. If you’re unable to attend all sessions, you can still participate.
