REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS/DEALERS AND CONTRACTORS FOR TWO YEARS
Applications are hereby invited from suppliers/dealers and contractors including the existing suppliers/dealers and contractors for registration with Establishment Branch, HQ DGAR, Laitkor, Shillong-10 for supply of Miscellaneous and Stationery items.Complete details can be downloaded from the Assam Rifles Web Site Application may be submitted along with requisite details as mentioned in the web site at Establishment Branch, HQ DGAR, Laitkor, Shillong-10. Last date for submission of application is 01Jun 2015.

DETAILS OF DOCUMENTS FOR REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS/FIRMS
1.Following documents will be submitted for registration :-
(a)Plain paper application in the firm/company letter pad addressed to the concerned Head of Branch.
(b)Copy of PAN Card
(c)Recent Financial Stability Certificate (FSC) from a scheduled bank. The FSC should be for a minimum Rs. 25 lakhs (which is the max limit for LTEs). The bank account number of the suppliers should be clearly mentioned and payment will be made directly to the supplier in that bank account.
(d)Affidavit on Rs. 100/- non-judicial Stamp Paper duly signed by a 1st Class Magistrate as per specimen (copy enclosed)
(e)Sole Proprietorship Certificate/Partnership deed/Registration under Companies Act.
(f)DGS&D /NSIC/SSI registration, if any.
(g)VAT/Sales Tax clearance certificate.
(h)Valid Trading License.
(i)Past performance with Assam Rifles and other Govt Agencies.
(j)List of all items which the supplier deals in.
(k)Two passport size of photographs.
(l)A non refundable registration fee of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) be pledged in favour of Establishment Officer, HQ DGAR.
