Mr. Brady has over thirty-four years of business experience. He has been a Federal employee for twenty-four years. Mr. Brady has spent more than twenty-six years in the Information Technology (IT) field. He has also spent time in the Insurance industry, the Marketing Research field and the Acquisition field.

Mr. Brady has served in his current position for 4 years. He served as the FAS Deputy CIOfor 4+ years and prior to that, his assignments included: GSA Managing Partner for the OMB IT Infrastructure Line of Business and the Assistant Commissioner of Professional Services for four years. Mr. Brady filled the role as the GSA Preferred (GSA-P) Functional Executive from May ’05 to March ’06.

Mr. Brady has held positions to include Programmer/Analyst, Senior Systems Analyst, Senior Member Technical Staff, Senior Program Manager, Supervisory Computer Specialist, Chief Operating Officer, Director, Assistant Commissioner, Managing Partner, and Deputy CIO.

Mr. Brady has worked for such companies as Mutual Benefit Life Insurance, Co., Metro Research Services, Ltd., Automation Research Systems, Ltd., and Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC). He has worked for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and currently for the General Services Administration (GSA).

Mr. Brady holds a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from StrayerUniversity and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a Minor in Political Science from RiderUniversity. Mr. Brady possesses a certificate of Computer Programming from the Chubb Institute for Computer Technology, and is a Senior Executive Fellow of the Kennedy School of Government at HarvardUniversity.

Mr. Brady has worked projects to include the following: U.S. Navy Fleet Maintenance Tracking System; U.S. Army Soldier Support Center Battlefield Simulation System; Army Materiel Command Resource Allocation Analysis System; U.S. Army Standard Installation Division Personnel System (SIDPERS); U.S. Marine Corps Manpower and Reserve Affairs Manpower Decision Support System; USDA State and County Office Automation Project (SCOAP); USDACORE Accounting System; and GSA-P.

Mr. Brady resides in Woodbridge, Virginia. He has been married for thirty-two years to Gloria and they have two sons, Douglas (28) and Matthew (26). Mr. Brady was born in Brooklyn, New York and also lived in NJ prior to moving to Virginia in 1984. Mr. Brady played five years of semi professional baseball and coached youth sports (baseball/basketball/soccer/hockey) for over 30 years. Mr. Brady also was a Religious Education instructor for 10+ years.
