b) Any information regarding this tender can be collected form the office of the undersigned.
c) Tender documents can be collected by submitting the tender document price through chalan to Current A/C.- 201783, Sonali Bank Ltd., Nagar Bhaban branch, Dhaka.
d) Photocopy of Tender documents is not acceptable
e) Tenderer or their representative may present at the time of tender opening.
f) Arithmatical calculation will be done up to two digit after decimal point and no addition or subtraction will be made after 2nd decimal point.
g) All conditions mentioned in the tender document will be deemed obligatory under any circumestances.
h) In the event of unavoidable circumstances, if the selling, receiving and opening of the Tender cannot be done on above mentioned date, the next normal working day will be treated as the valid date of selling, receiving and opening of the tender respectively. The place and time will remain unchanged.
