There are two bathrooms in each 3 bedroom house, and one bathroom in the two bedroom house. All the houses have full kitchens. Everyone will be responsible for their own breakfast, snacks, lunches, water and contributions of drinks and appetizers for the Happy hours. If you would like to share a house with other specific hikers, please indicate on your registration form ( House configurations can be viewed by looking at the website adventures.com).

Along with a herd of Elk on the property often, we will have a fire pit/ring, a meadow with picnic tables and a hot-tub! There is space for one or two RV’s on the property as well, but there are no hookups.

MEALS:

The first night will be a group dinner at the lodge, facilitated by the safari committee, and held outdoors in the meadow. The second two nights will be at local restaurants, one on the return from Jedediah Smith Park. The last night’s dinner will be prepared to a set menu, and prepared by hikers from each cabin. Again we will eat in the meadow at the picnic tables provided by the lodge. Each hiker will be responsible for their own costs for the restaurant meals out. Each cabin/house has a full kitchen for your use. The Safari committee will not be providing beverages for any of the meals or Happy Hours

The Trails Club has reserved the entire Lodge for this week. The cost of this Safari is approximately $300 per person plus an incidental fee of $25 to cover unexpected costs for food or incidentals of a group nature. The final cost will be determined once the lodging arrangements are completed and depending on the total number of participants. The cost of the RV spaces is $20/night and the hikers using the RV spaces will be paying the incidental fee of $25 per person plus their share per person for costs excluding the house rentals(to be determined later).
