INFORMATION ABOUT DESSERT ON BROADWAY TICKETS

§  We will accept in-person orders from the general public on the following dates:

Tues. Jan 12 5:30-7:30 pm WTW inside Door #1

Tues. Jan 19 5:30-7:30 pm WTW inside Door #1

Sun. Jan 24 2:30 – 3:00 pm and 30 min after the Pyramid Concert WTW Door #3

Mon, Tues, Wed Feb 1,2,3 11:20 am -1:20 pm WTW between cafeterias

§  To order tickets by mail: If unable to come in-person, orders can be mailed* to:

*Mailed tickets are processed once received. Tickets are filled on a first-come, first served basis and

tend to sell out quickly. It is highly suggested that mailed orders be sent in immediately.

§  There are 8 seats per table. A table number will be visible on each ticket.

§  More expensive seats are at the front half of the room, while less expensive seats are in the back half of room.

§  Tickets will be distributed in person when placing the order. For mailed orders, tickets will be sent home with your child if he/she is in Chorus and if not, will be held at Will Call.

§  Mailed tickets will receive an email confirmation of completed order.

§  The Wednesday, February 3rd Preview Performance (starting at 6 pm) is intended for WTW staff and students. Tickets are $5.00 each and will be sold in school during lunch hours (between the cafeterias). Ticket sale dates: February 1, 2, 3rd.

§  Tickets will be sold at the door for all shows, provided the show is not sold out in advance. Check the WTW Chorus website for updated information. http://www.woodsonchorus.org/dessertonbroadwaydob.html

§  Box office opens half an hour before the doors open.

PLACING YOUR TICKET ORDER:

1.  Please complete the ticket order form, include payment, and bring to one of the dates/times listed above. Fully complete the ticket order form and make sure you list your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choices. We need to have options in case your 1st choice seats are full. Write a note if you need to clarify your request so we can do our best to accommodate you.

2.  Place check or cash along with your form. Checks should be made payable to W.T. Woodson Choral Boosters. If cash, it must be EXACT. Pay for your first choice, and we will refund if you end up with a less expensive seat.

SNOW DATES:

If FCPS cancels activities, the performance will also be canceled. If your performance is canceled, please go to the Chorus web site (http://www.woodsonchorus.org/dessertonbroadwaydob.html) for information on your rescheduled show. The snow dates are Sunday, February 7 and Monday, February 8.
