Manufacturers' trade names used to identify products, colors, finishes, textures or patterns for materials are used to establish the and quality for this project. Products of other “Acceptable Manufacturers” will be considered subject to compliance with all requirements established in the RFP. Any color selections indicated are for pricing only. Final selections will be made from the same price/color group indicated.
This Summary is intended to provide the DB a basis for determining the general extent to which the various products will be used in this project and is not intended to be all inclusive.

General Notes:
1. In general, interior wall finishes shall be painted gypsum board. However, this does not preclude the DB from incorporating paneling, wall covering and other upgraded finishes, as accents in the lobby, main corridors and common areas as interior design enhancements. Likewise, ceiling and floor finishes in the lobby, first floor main corridors, housing office area, and commons areas may include upgraded finishes as accents to suspended acoustic ceilings. The use of such accent materials and finishes should be and integral part of the overall design.
2. Unless otherwise noted all ground floor mechanical/electrical/plumbing equipment rooms, on slab on grade shall have exposed sealed concrete floors.
3. All mechanical system closets with dwelling unit air handler units shall have exposed sealed concrete floors.
4. The Housing ground floor work/storage room shall have exposed, sealed concrete floor.
