Subject: Banning of commercial/business dealings in the non-statutory sphere with M/s P.R. Beas Hosiery, WZ-171 B, Madipur Village, New Delhi-110 063.

Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, Supply Division, New Delhi passed an Order No.C-37011/01/2013-V(DOC) dated 2nd August, 2013 under which CVO ordered that all Departments/Ministries/Offices of the Government of India are forbidden to have commercial/business dealings in the non-statutory sphere with the firm M/s P.R. Beas Hosiery, WZ-171 B, Madipur Village, New Delhi-110 063 and its allied/subsidiaries, if any.

2. The ban of commercial/business dealings with the firm by the Government in the non-statutory sphere will be operative for a period of three years commencing from the date of 2nd August, 2013.

3. This issues with the approval of competent authority.
