1.the Design Documentation complies with:

(a)subject to clause 2.10(a) of the Contract, all Statutory Requirements (including WHSLegislation); and

(b)the requirements of the Contract; and

2.the Works comply or the [Stage/Section] specified above (if any) carried out under the Construction Contract complies (as the case may be) with the Design Documentation which has not been rejected by the Contract Administrator under clause 6.3 of the Contract,

as at the date of this certificate, except to the extent set out below:
