1. Call Meeting to Order: 7:05pm Meeting called to order Tina Burkholder.

a) Discipline Issues – Dealt with

b) Robb Stoddard – introduced himself.
Motion: To have Robb Stoddard fill the Bantam Director position. 1stly) Jim and 2ndly) Tom. All in favour. Carried.
c) ALA Provincials – reviewed that the ALA stated at the AGM that there will be no affiliations for provincials. (Note: This could be appealed as it is against the ALA bylaws).
Will look at options regarding “Respect in Sport” for cost effectiveness.
d) Credit Card Payments – Discussion on adopting on line credit card payments.
MOTION: The Titans implement on line credit card payments. The registration fees will be increased by $10.00 for each division. . 1stly) Marilyn and 2ndly) Joel. Carried.
e) GELC Report – Declaration for A intent will be removed. A division must be selected by March 3. GELC has assigned club affiliations for A divisions. Titans may have players from other clubs on our A teams. Titans Directors still select coaches from applicants. Note: Goalies are exempt from this process. No decisions on the Girls program have been made. The season starts April 17. Game time may be shortened as there is a facility shortage in the city (5 arenas will be closed for renovations). Novice division: proposed parity plus A. Concerns and costs were discussed.
f) Drop-ins – Dates are posted on the website. Full equipment for Bantam and Midget. Directors are to collect $5.00 per player to cover the cost.
7. Additional Items:
a) Tryouts – Discussed having same drills, etc for all divisions. Directors will work with Jared to develop format.
b) Registration Fees: Set for 2017
c)Vice President – Joel will develop his proposal. Splitting of the position would require bylaw changes.
Still looking for volunteers on our vacant positions.
