Tender Inviting Notice

Sealed item rate tenders are invited for the following work by the Executive Engineer/SWD-4/DDA upto 3.00 Pm. on 10-12-2008 on behalf of DDA from the approved and specialized agencies having executed similar type of works and fulfilling the following conditions which shall be opened on the same day at 3.30 Pm. at Vikas Sadan, Press Building, Near INA Market DDA, New Delhi in the presence of intending purchaser or their representatives.
Special Conditions
1. Being a specialised job the quotation documents shall be given to tenderer who fulfill the following conditions.
2. The experience certificate for the similar type of work.
3. Annual financial turnover in each of three preceding financial year shall not be less than 100% of the estimated cost (Gross) value of work exclusively from the work of land survey on annualized basis (depending upon the time allowed for completion) i.e., Estimated value decided by time of completion.
4. Satisfactory completion of at least two works of similar nature / class each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost (Gross) of the proposed work during the least five years.
5. Surveyor should be a fellow of Institute of surveyor with 10 years experience. Proof of modern survey equipment and also examination of office and establishment by Engineer-in-charge.
6. Preference will be given to ISO-2000 certified company in survey.
Tender documents can be had on any on any working day from the date of publication between 10.00 Am to 3.00 Pm on payment of amount mentioned against work (Non-refundable) on production of valid registration certificate valid registration with works contract call of sales T & P Department of GNCTD and Tax clearance certificate issued by the works/contract cell in Form-XI, from the office of the EE/SWD-4/DDA near Masoodpur Dairy Farm, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi.
Earnest money shall accompany the tender in the form of CDR or demand draft of a schedule bank guaranteed by the Reserve Bank of India in favour of AO/CAU/SWZ/DDA.

I/We here by tender for the execution of the work for the Delhi Development Authority which is specified in under written memorandum with in the time specified in such memorandum at the item rate entered in the schedule attached and in accordance to all aspects with the Specifications design, drawings and instructions in writing, referred to in clause –II of the conditions of Contract, and with such materials as are provided for by and in all other respect in accordance with such conditions so far as applicable.

Terms and Conditions:
1. The work shall be to be carried out as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.
2. The work shall be completed within 15 days.
3. Income tax and other taxes shall be deducted as per Govt. Rules.
4. No T & P shall be supplied by the department.
5. Rates shall be inclusive of applicable Service Tax and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.
6. Water/Electricity shall be arranged by the agency.
7. Supply of two sets of drawings and CD (soft copy) complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
