NB: Delegates are the official representatives of WFTGA Member Associations. Delegates are expected to attend all meetings of the General Assembly of WFTGA which run prior to and during the Main Convention.Voting takes place on the final day of the General Assembly – Thursday 17th January. Individual Members of WFTGA may attend General Assembly Meetings as Observers. Other members of WFTGA e.g. WFTGA Trainers may be invited as Observers for specific items. All Members, Participants and Accompanying Guests are invited to attend the Presentation of Bids for the 2015 Convention on Monday 14th January from 1600-1800.
