(2) ThePurchaser mayfromtimetotime and atalltimes butsubjecttotherights ofthe saidLesseepossessandenjoythesaidland,andpremisesherebyconveyedwith itsappurtenances,andreceivetherents.issuesandprofitsthereofandeverypart thereofforhisownuseandbenefitwithoutany suit.orinterruption,claimand demandwhatsoeverfromorbyhimtheVendororhisheirsoranyof themorbyany personorpersonsclaimingortoclaim.fromunderorIntrustforhimoranyofthem;
