Dedication set for new Bramlette campus
Longview ISD on Friday will dedicate the new Bramlette Elementary School with a ribbon cutting ceremony and tours.
The event is set to begin at 9 a.m. on the campus, at 111 Tupelo Drive, and is open to the public. It will be held indoors in the event of inclement weather.
The new Bramlette opened its doors to students on November 28. It was the final of seven elementary school projects to be completed under a districtwide bond construction program. Contractors are putting the final touches on Judson Middle School, the last of the district’s middle schools to be rebuilt. Dedication at Judson is tentatively set for mid- to-late April.
Important parking information for Friday’s event: Please enter the Bramlette campus from the Judson Road school bus entrance, which sits between the traffic light at Judson Road/Tupelo Drive and the traffic light at Judson Road/Pegues Place/Johnston Street.
