(South China Morning Post)As today’s investors are better equipped with financial knowledge, they expect their wealth management managers could have better technical knowledge as well that able to provide extra-efficient service in a speedy way. According to Raphael Young, senior manager of Accenture’s strategy practice, appropriate technology tools could contribute in better market penetration and further cross-selling of financial products. And survey told that financial services companies normally would spend 10. 12 per cent of their total revenue on IT.
