Coordinator’s Note:

With winter weather here, please remember to listen to KNUJ/SAM radio, check Facebook or our website for cancelations. I will have a decision made regarding cancelations by 3:00 p.m. on the day of the event. Many factors go into this decision, road conditions, temperature, wind, just to mention a few. If at any time you have a question, please call the office phone, which is a cell phone , and I will return your call as soon as I get home from my “other job, “ usually around 5:30 p.m.

Please, please, please RSVP to those events that are listed as RSVP. Those events have specific materials needed, and if an RSVP is not made, I may have to turn people away. I hate that L (An RSVP for every event would be great! ) You can use the RSVP tab on the website, email, text or leave a voice message on the office phone.

If at any time, you feel that cost is a factor for not attending an event, please call me, and I will see if there is someone who can help with a scholarship. We do not have a scholarship fund at this time, but we are working towards that.

See you at December events!
