The second annual Great Utah ShakeOut on April 17, 2013 is now only a few weeks away! Already many Woodland Hills Residents are planning to "drop, cover and hold on" and test other aspects of their emergency plans! Registered participants will:
· Be a part of the largest earthquake drill in Utah ever!
· Be included on lists of who is participating in your area in 2013 (optional)
· Be updated with ShakeOut news and information about earthquakes and preparedness
· Be provided a customized 2013 ShakeOut Certificate of Participation to print after the drill
· Be an example that motivates others to get prepared
· Have peace of mind that they, their family, their co-workers and millions of others will be better prepared to survive and quickly recover from a big earthquake!
· Once registered, get ready to participate in the Great Utah ShakeOut wherever you are at drill time: school, home, work, church or out and about. Just like a real earthquake, you need to know how to protect yourself wherever you are.
