What is GroupBuy (GB)?

GroupBuy is patented, proprietary technology that allows buyers to aggregate their company orders allowing the overall quantity to increase and the unit price to decrease. (Think GroupOn for branded promotional products). We choose a specific product to feature in each campaign and encourage buyers to join in on the order to increase the quantity and drive prices down. A few specifics:

·  An invitation goes out to intended buyers to participate in a GB campaign which links them to a website featuring the GB product(s) where purchases can be made.

·  As each order is placed, the overall volume increases and the price decreases so that each buyer will ultimately pay the final volume pricing.

·  The GB requires each buyer to place an order of at least the minimum quantity dictated by you, the supplier.

·  Buyers have the ability to forward the GB campaign to others, allowing more sales opportunity for each product featured.

·  Success of the GB campaign depends heavily on the product chosen and extremely competitive pricing to incentivize buyers to join in on the deal.
