International HIV/AIDS Alliance in Ukraine announces the Bidding on procurement of drugs for opportunistic infections.

Given purchase of drugs for opportunistic infections executes over the course of the programme “Support for HIV and AIDS Prevention, Treatment and Care for Most Vulnerable Populations in Ukraine” (Round 6), financing by the Global Found to Fight AIDS, Tuberculoses and Malaria (GFATM)

Principal recipient of GFATM on procurement of drugs for opportunistic infections is CO “All-Ukrainian Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS” (Network). Programme implementing by the ICF “International HIV/AIDS Alliance in Ukraine” (Alliance) in the frames of the Grant Agreement between Network and Alliance

The list of the products for purchasing is presented in specification on procurement of drugs for opportunistic infections (see Annex).

Following information is required:

1.  Price offer:

·  Filled in the table #1 (price offer).

·  The price must be indicated on either CIP Kiev terms including transportation costs or DDP with delivery to region centres across Ukraine (according to the distribution order by the Ministry of health of Ukraine), based in US dollars.

·  The offer should remain valid for 60 days and prices may not be changed.

·  Price should be provided on the following terms of payment: 50% in advance; 50% - upon shipment (from the total contract amount).

·  Offer could be provided for one ore more medical products and manufacturers upon availability.

2.  Confirmation of the compliance with specification requirements (Filled in the table #2)

2.  Deadline for submission of Bids (quotations) is January 16, 2008. Any quotation received after the deadline will not be considered.

3.  All offers will be evaluated based on quality price items for unite, including delivery.
