Finance:
I have experience in petty cash management, coding, budget forecasting, budget allocation & implementation of donor’s procedures.
As a Filed Administrator with Handicap International Libya, I am managing all the accountancy at the base level.
As an Admin/ Accountant with People In Need, I was the budget holder of a 500,000 euro project.
I have developed & implemented a proper financial system at Belal Afghan Construction Company Kabul, Afghanistan.
Human Resources:
I have extensive experience in human resources especially in recruitment. I have recruited more than 800 highly qualified personals for different international organizations in the last 4 years. Other areas of expertise are payroll management & performance management.
I have drafted many HR policies for national staff, e.g National Staff Policy, Driver’s Over Time Policy as Admin/Accountant for People In Need, Pakistan,
Staff policy, Financial System, Logistics System, Fleet Management Tools as Office Manager for Belal Afghan Construction Company, Afghanistan,
Recruitment Procedures and Training Policy: as Senior Recruitment Officer for Handicap International, Pakistan.
I have designed HR filing system for Handicap International in 2010. I have recruited more than 400 professionals for the emergency response launched by Handicap International in 2010 – 2011, in my last capacity as a Senior Recruitment Officer with Handicap International Pakistan; I was responsible for all aspects of Recruitment of National Staff and support to HR team as well on different HR issues.
Logistics:
In People In Need I had the responsibilities of the Logistics too. I was dealing with Fleet management, Communication, Procurement, Supply chain & Warehousing. I did the procurement of more than 100,000 euro for People In Need.
I have developed & implemented a logistics setup for Belal Afghan Construction Company Kabul, Afghanistan. I had handled a fleet of 52 heavy & light vehicles there.
In my most recent capacity as a Field Administrator (Admin/Log Support) with Handicap International Libya I was managing HR, Finance & Logistics.
My strengths are confidence and ability to accomplish the task under the toughest deadlines & pressure. I am Rigorous & Vigorous with a flare of diplomacy. I am available for short term contracts and extensive traveling.
