Dear Partially Sighted Football Nations,

The Austrian Sports Federation of the Disabled – ÖBSV with support of the International Blind Sports Association - IBSA intends to host a 4 Nations Tournament in the city of Steinbrunn, Austria fromOctober 28th to November 1st, 2015.

For your most convenience and comfort we have chosen the state-of-the-art Viva Sport Center as a venue for the tournament. All accommodations, meals and games will be held in one and the same facility.

This Tournament will be a good opportunity for nations developing partially sighted football, therefore the Organizing Committee extends an invitation to all VI-Football nations to attend this Tournament under the following conditions:

A low entry fee of € 260,00 (two hundred sixty Euros) per Person will cover your teams’ accommodation with full board. The entry fee will also cover:

- Tournament participation, Round robin system with final placement games, 4 games in 3 days.

- Airport pick up from Vienna Airport

- Full board beginning from dinner on Wednesday 28.10. und breakfast on Sunday 01.11.

- Opening Ceremony, Medal Ceremony with Player’s Party

Number of teams and entry confirmation

This tournament shall be a four team tournament. Entries will be accepted in order of appearance.

Tentative Program

Classification

There will be no classification panel present. We count on fairness from participating teams only to bring visually impaired players.

Deadlines

If you intend to participate in this tournament we ask for a notice of interest until July 4th.

Final confirmation (submission of Team Entry Form) until August 28th.

Entry Fee payment until September 25th.Payment Information will be sent out upon receipt of Team Entry Form.

Insurance

Each Team must ensure that all the members of their delegation are appropriately insured, including coverage for travel, liability and accidents. All delegation members must have appropriate accident and health insurance in order to participate.

Liability

The organizers do not accept liability for any injury/damage to persons/belongings.

Photos

With the participation in this tournament the Organizing Committee will obtain the rights to use all images taken during the event for non-profit purposes.
