Dear Parents and Students,
Our Teen Living class has a unit on the etiquette of dating and dining. We are privileged to offer a fine dining experience by going to the La Caille Restaurant this spring. The reservations have been made for the evening of Tuesday, May 12th at 4:30 p.m. The dress code for this restaurant is semi-formal. Females must dress in a dress/skirt or nice pants, males dress in nice pants, shirt. No jeans, shorts, or tank tops. We do not want to make this a major expense for the student and their family, so please do not buy a new outfit for the occasion.
Students are required to be on their best behavior so we will be invited to return again each year. Students may bring one chaperone (unless chaperones are both parents). Chaperones must be 18 and graduated from high school. Chaperones must also pay the $28.00 to eat and must help with managing youth.
This is NOT a required assignment. It is optional; therefore, we do not accept fee waivers. The cost for the meal will be $28.00. We will be taking a bus leaving South Ogden Jr. High at 3:30 p.m. and arriving back at approximately 7:00-7:30 p.m. The money for the meal is due by May 5th.
Payment can be made in the office.
Thank you,
Ms. Meyer
