The whole College from Gr.000-Grade 7 will close at 13:00
GRADE 7 SHARED ASSESSMENT PAPERS:
These exam papers are set by joint schools in the area and give a standard to the core subjects to model ourselves on. All ISASA schools who choose to write these papers, write them on the same day and are marked from the same memos.
The marks from these papers are taken as their exam mark for Term 3.
These exams must be taken seriously.
MONDAY 31 0CTOBER Afrikaans: Papers 1 and 2
FRIDAY 4 NOVEMBER English
TUESDAY 8 NOVEMBER Maths: Paper 1
WEDNESDAY 9 NOVEMBER Maths: Paper 2
THURSDAY: 10 NOVEMBER: EXAMS BEGIN FROM GRADE 4-7.
DRESS CODE: PT KIT.
TIME: Exams will begin promptly at 8:00.
At 10:00 Exams will be finished and pupils may be collected thereafter.
All subject teachers will be on duty in their classrooms from 10:30 until 12:00 to give assistance on anything that may need to be remedied before the exams of the next day.
MIDDLE COLLEGE HONOURS EVENING
All PRIZEWINNERS will be required to remain at the College until 13:00 to ready themselves for the evenings proceedings.
23 NOVEMBER: Last exam.
CHOIR: All choir members will be required to remain at the College during exam time on the following days for practices for Honours Evening and for CAROLS BY CANDLELIGHT:

HEAT WAVE: Please ensure that your child wears his College cap or hat and has sunscreen on.
WATER BOTTLES: We request that a bottle of water is a standard part of your child’s lunch!
OUTREACH PROGRAMME:
Thank you for your donations for abused woman. These have been handed over to a home where they will be well received and give these women a touch of feminity back
SUPPORT STAFF: We are presently collecting silver coins for our support staff this year in lieu of groceries and would like to present them with a food voucher for Christmas.
BAPSFONTEIN: As usual we consider our outreach school and collect all forms of stationery for the pupils to kick start 2012. Possible items to consider: crayons, wax or pencil, kokis, pencils sharpener, erasers, colouring in books, paper, scissors etc
PA MEETING: 7 NOVEMBER - 18:30 in the staffroom. Everyone is welcome.
RAFFLE: We have had a marvelous response so far – please remember to return your Raffle Sheets to your homeroom teachers.
FISHING OUTING: The fishing outing has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
