Dear Parent/Guardian,

This year our Gold Team will be going to South Mountain YMCA. Camp information is listed below. The dates of the trip are May 11th, 12th, and 13th. The cost of camp will range from $150-$210. The reason for a range in price is because we may be able to use Haverford school buses, which will lower the cost. If not we have to use coach buses, which will increase the cost. We wanted to provide you and your family with ample time to prepare for this trip financially. The designated dates and amounts for payments are listed below. If you are unable to pay this amount before the dates please send your student in with a note. If you would like to set up a different financial schedule please describe on the back of this paper. All checks/cash will go to Mr. Brocklesby’s room (50) and checks will be made out to Haverford Middle School. If your family will be in need of financial assistance in order to attend this trip please contact Mr. Horan.
