Dear Friends of Wauwatosa West Athletic Booster Club,
This year’s “Shake, Rattle & Roll” Fundraising event is on Saturday, March 29, 2014 at the Pihos Cultural Center (adjacent to the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church). The funds raised at this event are used to provide athletic awards, athletic scholarships and athletic equipment which will benefit all athletic programs at Wauwatosa West High School and the shared athletic programs with Wauwatosa East High School. Wauwatosa West Athletics is a 501(c)3 corporation which means your donation is tax deductible.
Although Wauwatosa West Athletic Booster Club parents donate a significant amount of their time and creative talent to the program, the support of other Wauwatosa community and Wisconsin business friends is still needed. We hope to count on you to donate an auction item, raffle item or to sponsor a casino gaming table. Some recommended donation items might include: gift certificates, sporting event tickets, club memberships, an item you may sell, or any item that could be combined to make an “interest basket.” Logo items are encouraged. As well, any dollar amount can be donated to sponsor a portion of our gaming tables for the evening. The names of the donors will be prominently listed in our auction program, which will be distributed to all of those attending this event, and displayed on the item donated or the gaming tables themselves. It is recommended that you send along a business card so we can obtain your logo and in return advertise for you.
