The Middle Creek High School Mustangs Baseball Team respectfully requests your consideration of a donation for the 2017 season. Mustangs Baseball has a proud tradition of producing great teams and, more importantly, fine student athletes that have gone on to be outstanding members of our community.
Indeed, Middle Creek has qualified for the North Carolina High School Athletic Association state playoffs ten consecutive seasons, including winning the Class 4A state championship in 2012 — and won the Southwest Wake Athletic Conference championship last season. The Varsity team also takes pride in being student-athletes with 16 of 19 players earning Academic All-Conference honors in 2016. We are looking forward to another terrific year and would like to get your support for this coming season.
Your donation of $250 to be a “Friend of Middle Creek Baseball” is vital to the health of our program. Wake County contributes very little to the operation of the team, so we rely heavily on fundraisers to support the team. Our needs include uniforms, equipment, and field maintenance just to name a few. Your 100% tax deductible donation will goentirely to the support of Middle Creek Mustangs Baseball.
As a benefit of sponsorship, your name or business logo will be placed on a large sign in a prominent location at the baseball park, in our Media Guide which is distributed free to fans attending the games, and on our team website (bit.ly/middlecreekbaseball2017).Your support can create awareness and goodwill for your organization, and you are likely to find that parents and other supporters will be inclined to patronize your business.
Please make your check payable to the Middle Creek Stampede Club, which is an athletic booster club established in 2002, incorporated by the State of North Carolina as a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation. It was established to provide financial support to the Middle Creek H.S. athletic teams and student athletes.
