Thank you for choosing our storage service. Please carefully read the important information if you are choosing this service.

Storage Service will include the services of storage your parcels at ours, as well as the domestic carriage for collection and delivery within UK mainland. Please find below as the breakdown cost for our storage service.

Storage Breakdown Cost:

Storage Fee / Large/Economy Carton : £3/carton/week
Medium/Book Carton : £2/carton/week
(A minimum of 1 month storage period)
Domestic Carriage Fee / £30 first carton, £15 thereafter
Luggage/Suitcase Surcharge / £10 / item
Overweight Fee / £1 / KG
Carton Fee / £3 / carton

Please kindly NOTE:

1.  Storage service does not include free supply of tapes, marker pens or protection bubble wrap. All dispatching packed parcel will contains only Carton, Inventory Packing List, Standard Liability Protection Form and a document pouch.

2.  It is compulsory to fill in Inventory Packing List and will keep as record for parcels store in our warehouse. Standard Liability Protection Form is an insurance form, please leave it blank if you decide not to insure your parcel. Filled form need to go into document pouch given and affix it to one of your parcels.

3.  It is your responsibility to write down all details of yours on the surface of every parcel, including Name, Contact telephone/Mobile, Email, and Order No/Tracking No.(Sxxxxxxxxx). If you are unsure about your final delivery address, please leave it blank for address.

4.  Please do not overweight your parcel as driver may well reject to pick up if it is too heavy.

5.  Please inform us 2 days in advance for collection service. Confirmation email will send to you once collection is confirmed. Confirmation email will inform you which local courier will go to pick up your parcel as well as the date of your collection. Certain courier will require customer to print label for collection, but we will let you know in the email if it needs to.

6.  All collected parcels will go to our storage warehouse and start its storage service, until we get further notice from you.

7.  Please give us a week notice if you want to end the storage service. We will send you an email to request the final payment of the storage service. Please reply to our email once you have made the payment and provide us your final UK destination address, Name and Contact No.

8.  Parcels will be dispatched by local courier to the address you provided. It takes 1 or 2 days for transit. If we dispatch it on Monday, parcel will deliver on either Tuesday or Wednesday, depend on the city you live in.

9.  Please note plastic storage container or hemp/canvas made soft luggage are prohibited when using this storage service.

10.  An additional surcharge of £10 will incur if the first collection is fail due to customer personal reasons and need to rearrange a new collection. However, if a dispatched parcel is return to our warehouse and need to redelivery, there is additional charge of £15 per parcel. Therefore, it is important for you to provide us the correct address and always stay available on collection/delivery day.

Insurance/Liability Protection:

Our priority is to make sure all the goods reach the destination safely. To do so, we have provided different ways of safety measures and operating system to guarantee the safety of customers’ goods. But taking everything into account, such as time consume for the international transport, the number of transit during transportation and nature factors that beyond our control, we are unable to 100% guarantee the protection measures that we provided to you. Insured your goods may well be a good solution to totally protect your goods if lost or damage happen. However if you don't insure, you may have to bear the risk throughout the transit. Please fill in the Standard Liability Protection if you want to insure your goods.
