Matters Arising
Discussions
· About students being uncomfortable with the school chaplain, Chloe thinks if students want to talk to the chaplain, that is their own decision and should not be compulsory. Where everyone needs to know about information this should be done during assemblies.
· Also, posters can be put up in school to tell student about having a chaplain in school but not to advertise it in assemblies.

· Student Council Training was cancelled
· About the school back gates being locked during break and lunch time, the school would like to engage with the student council.
· We would like to invite Fiona Edwards to out next meeting to discuss gym availability.
· Once again, we have an issue with 5th year wanting to wear black shirt, and now reps from other years thinks the same, but we think school uniform is always going to be an issue so we shall discuss it later.
· 6th year said when they wear black shirt, they need to get dress code slip from PSE although Mrs Cook (HT) approved that black shirt is totally fine for 6th years.
· About school restaurant, Polly reminded about Margaret’s menus
· We think we should do a survey about students favourite fruits (i.e testers)
· And we need to discuss about food options (we are running out of time)
· School have an idea of running a student run shop, not necessarily selling food but school related materials.
