- Part of the Corporate leadership team the completed the sale of Atlas Paper Mill, LLC to Resolute Forest Products in November of 2015.

- Provide direction to eight-(8); three-(3) man crews.
- Led Corporate Towel/Napkin Grade Audit Committee.
- Fulfill the responsibilities of both Process Chemical Engineer and Paper Machine Supervisor.
Process Chemical Engineer
- Oversaw a $1.5 million budget.
- Complete all chemical, process, and product trials with necessary documentation.
- Achieved $800,000 cost reduction and established lowest chemical cost per ton in entire Tissue division.
- Became a Certified Radiation Safety Officer with the U.S. Government.
- Purchase all natural gas via NYMEX.

- Take call one-(1) day per week and every fourth-(4) weekend.
- Fill in for Environmental Engineer during vacations. Duties include waste treatment plant operation, daily reports, state reporting, and managing a two-person team.
