Responsibilities included supervising a team of analysts in the development and implementation of a methodology to assess the cost and technical uncertainty associated with the acquisition of advanced weapon systems, coordinating the development of a decision support computer system for the U.S. Army, and developing cost estimates for the next generation of the Federal Aviation Administration's air traffic control system.
