Type of Meet: This is an inter-league, inter-state invitational exclusively for YMCA's. It is a timed final invitational. Each swimmer's age group is determined by his/her age as of Dec.1st, 2014. Senior events are for swimmers who will be 12 or older by April 3RD 2015
Entries and Fees: 1. Enter all times in YARDS to the hundredth of a second.
2. A swimmer may enter unlimited individual events as well as one medley and one free relay.
3. A team may enter unlimited relays.
4. The meet will be limited to the first 600 swimmers.
5. Deck entries will be accepted provided there is an open lane in that event, and your deck entry fees are paid. Individual events are $5.00 and Relays are $20.00.
6. 6 & under may swim in any 8 & under event not offered to the 6 & under. These events will NOT be scored toward team or individual trophies.
7. Individual events are $4.00 each; relays are $12.00 each. There will be NO admission charge.

Meet Rules: The meet will be governed by the 2014-2015 USA swimming rules and those of the Southwest Ohio YMCA Swim League.
Awards: Individual high point awards for each age group high point champion.
Heat winner ribbons in the 10 & under age group events.
Medals for first through third place in individual and 10 & under relay events. Ribbons for 1st – 8th place in 11 & over relay events. Ribbons for fourth through eighth in individual and relay events. Ribbons for ninth through sixteenth place for individual events.
Scoring: Individual: 20-17-16-15-14-13-12-11-9-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Relays: 40-34-32-30-28-26-24-22-18-14-12-10-8-6-4-2
Final Results: Each team will receive a copy of the final results and they will be posted on the league web site www.swyswim.org
Conduct: All swimmers must be in designated areas. Anyone in non-designated areas will be disqualified from the meet. Any destruction of property during the swim meet will result in the immediate disqualification of the swimmer and/or spectator from the meet and meet area. The swim club will be held responsible for the behavior of their swimmers, parents and guests.
