The weekend commences at 7.30pm on Friday July 17th and ends at 10.30pm on Sunday July 19th. Caravans and campers are welcome to arrive at any time after 9.00am on Friday - B & B AVAILABLE IN THE VILLAGE (phone for list)
Owing to restricted catering facilities, there will be no Sunday lunch but hot bar food and snacks will be available in the evenings
The cost of the weekend will be £25.00 per person, £5.00 per person deposit required with booking form. Cheques payable to ‘C.B. Carr”.
The balance must be paid in full, without further reminder, no later than May 1st 2009; otherwise your place may be reallocated. Tickets will be forwarded on receipt of your full payment.
Spaces in the hall car park will be strictly on a first come, first served basis and are only suitable for motor caravans and caravans without awnings. There is a paddock a short drive away which would be more suitable for those with awnings & tents
