·  Dates - Notified everyone of Principal Coffee/PTO Meeting dates

·  Speakers – Email PTO about any ideas or suggestions for speakers

-  Food Services

·  ELA Presentation – Sept 22nd 7pm at MGES

·  Back to School Night

-  Breakfast, snacks and water provided for all staff

-  PTO table will be open from 6 – 6:30 pm selling spiritwear and H20 bottles

·  Giant – Need to re-enroll every year. Amazon Smiles is another site we earn money back from

·  Kid Stuff Books – Books will be left on youngest/only childs desk

·  Directory

-  Sell ads (PTO will put flyers up in its space)

-  Want “spotlight” info for teachers/staff

·  ASA

-  All set for fall

-  Finalizing brochure

-  Starts Sept/Oct

-  Flyers coming home soon

·  Website – getting upgraded

·  Volunteers

-  Liaisons, party helpers and photographers

-  Sign up genius to go out soon for classroom helpers and help wanted

·  Sign up Genius – needs to be revamped. Will look into other ideas

·  Spiritwear

-  New Kindergarten class of 2029 shirts

-  New water bottles

-  Spiritwear sale in Oct

-  Teacher wear sale

-  Sell old stock at school store in a $5 bin

·  5th Grade

-  Pretzel form went out 9/13

-  Mr. Bickhart will contact 5th grade volunteers soon

·  Have Done so far….

-  Popsicles handed out at B2SN and Kindergarten Convocation

-  H2O bottles given to new students and all Kindergarten students

-  NO ride on equipment at ANY events

-  Chaperones MUST accompany child(ren) at every event for duration of event

·  Ask Campus Clothes (vendor who provides spiritwear) about doing magnets

·  Elementary Connections

-  4 tickets to The Kellogg Olympic Gymnastic Champions ($300 value) raffled off at Halloween Fun Night

-  Will brainstorm ideas on what to use raffle money for/towards

·  Rock Wall

-  Needs to be accessible to ALL students

-  Needs a more 2016 style/look…looking into different ideas

·  Looking in refillable bottle water fountains – needs
