It is a great privilege for Margate Sports School to invite your school to our 23rd annual Cricket tours / clinics that will take place in Margate on the South Coast of KZN.

DATES: 5 nights Tour: (Sun - Fr)

Week 1: / 26 June – 01 July / Week 3: / 10 July - 15 July
Week 2: / 03 June – 08 July / October: / 02 Oct – 07 Oct

CRICKET FIELD: We use only high-quality facilities: For cricket we will mainly use: Douglas Mitchell Sports Grounds.

ACCOMMODATION: We offer a wide variety of accommodation types to choose from:

· Accommodation A: (Margate Sport School Hostel & Other Hostels) Dormitories with double bunkers that can accommodate from 4-8 people per room. Separate teachers rooms. Ablution Blocks. Approximately 4-6 km from nearest beach. Everyone should bring their own towels and bedding.

· Accommodation B: (Brackenmoor Estate or similar) Sleep from 2-8 people per room/unit. Separate teachers rooms. There are TVs in every unit. Located in Uvongo ±2.5 km from the beach. Learners need to bring their own bedding, we will supply bedding for teachers..

· Accommodation C: (Gracelands Lodge or similar): An 11 room lodge with a variety of room sizes with garden and ocean views. Located in Ramsgate. Sleep from 2-8 people per room. Separate teachers rooms.There are TVs in every unit. Learners need to bring their own bedding, we will supply bedding for teachers.

· Accommodation D: (Flats - Bronze): Basic rooms that can accommodate from 2-10 people per flat/unit. Separate teachers rooms. Close to the beach. Although some of the bronze accommodation do have TVs, most units are not equipped with TV's and bedding.

· Accommodation E: (Flats - Silver) Flats/Chalets that can accommodate 2-8 people per unit. Separate teachers rooms. There are TVs in every unit and bedding will be supplied. Situated close to main beach.

· Accommodation F: (Flats - Gold) Top luxury flats/chalets with bedding, Separate teachers rooms. TVs in every unit and bedding will be supplied. Situated usually right on the main beach.

1. Accommodation A: / R1 790-00 per person
2. Accommodation B: / R1 900-00 per person
3. Accommodation C: / R2 050-00 per person
4. Accommodation D: / R2 145-00 per person
3. Accommodation E: / R2 445-00 per person
4. Accommodation F: / R2 840-00 per person

COSTS:

v For every 20 learners/players, one accompanying teacher/coach is free of charge, otherwise the same costs apply.

Above costs include the following:

· Accommodation for 5 nights as specified above.

· 3 Meals per day. Day of arrival; dinner only. Day of departure; breakfast only.

· Coaching and Matches.

· Use of our facilities

PROGRAM: The clinic / course consists of coaching sessions and matches. Our top class coaches (provincial

and/or national coaches) utilize the latest coaching techniques, finest facilities and equipment to

create an environment in which real learning takes place. The teams will also be given ample

chance to play matches every day.

LEISURE: There will also be sufficient time for everyone to enjoy the sea, the waves, the weather, the beach

and everything there is to do.
