Standard Package Inclusions for Lunch or Dinner Buffet:

-Buffet table with skirted cloth. Admittance table if it is needed.

-Guest tables with top cloth motifs and chairs with seat covers and ribbon motifs.

-With balloons centerpiece on every guests table.

-We use colorful cloth motif to enhance your choice THEME for your party.

-Cloth for wall or for stage as backdrop can be furnished with arch balloons or

pair of column balloons.

-Catering utensils like food warmers, plates, goblets and flat wares are included in

in the package.

-White napkin is also provided.

-With the service of uniformed waiters or food handlers.

·  Tarpulin

If you avail the package / You will have free tarpulin

GENERAL POLICY:

About food and drinks:

·  Free welcome drinks for your guests who arrive early.

·  Refillable ice tea will serve during mealtime.

·  All food is carefully prepared and cooked by the DSV kitchen staffs.

·  Food from outside is not allowed to mix with our food.

·  Leftover food will be given to client after mealtime and signing slip.

·  We don’t serve alcohol or liquor in any occasion.

Additional Charges:

·  Bringing lechon would be charged of P350.

·  If the client persist to bring any food like viand, shanghai or salad; Additional P100 per food for food warmer or whatever utensils needed. Please take note that any utensils or equipment lost, broken and damaged during the event will be paid by the client.

·  Four hours are allocated for our service; the standard time is from 11am-3pm for lunch, 2pm-6pm or 3pm – 7pm for merienda and 5pm-9pm for dinner.

·  Beyond these times are considered overtime. P50 per hour for every waiter will be collected from the client.

·  There will be an extra charge for drinks, ice tube (for inuman initially P100 if the client and guests will be drinking) or Ice tea if your event is Sport Fest or long hour party.

·  There will be an additional charge if your party venue is in the building and if your reservation does not exceed 200pax.

·  Additional P350 if the venue is located in 2nd floor, P700 if the venue is in 3rd floor and P1, 050 if the venue is in 4th floor.

·  We have an ocular inspection of the venue 1 week or 3 days before the day of celebration.

·  If you will pay us through company check; there will be charge of P100 per check. PDC is not allowed if it is beyond the date of your event. It must be at least seven days before the celebration.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

·  Tax is already included in the price packages.

·  Minimum reservation is required in every town of Cavite. Please see table below.

·  The client will pay any service, electricity, catering fee or rental fee of the venue.

·  Any utensils or equipment lost, broken and damaged during the event will be paid by the client. The client/coordinator must check/count all utensils before the party.

·  A50% depositshould be made upon reservation(Non-refundable).And50%are to be settled at least1 week or 3 days beforethe occasion.

·  In the event that you need to cancel, a penalty shall be charged which is equivalent to50%ofthe total contract price. Notify us at leasttwo weeksbefore the date will be greatly appreciated.

·  We don’t give any referral pay to the middle man or commission to the agent.

·  Downgrade a package is not allowed after signing the contract but it can be upgraded.

·  Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

DSV FOOD TASTE:

·  Food taste will be on 4th week of the month which is Monday and can either lunch or dinner time.

·  We have no food taste during Saturdays and Sundays.

·  You will pay P850.00 as your CONFIRMATION FEE for 2-3 persons and P1,350.00 for 4-5 persons.

·  We will set the exact time after you pay the CONFIRMATION FEE P850 or P1,350.

·  You may send your payment thru ML KwartaPadala, Western Union or Metrobank

payabale to Dante S. Vinluan.

·  In case you will not show up for the said date of your food taste, your payment will be forfeited.

·  Your CONFIRMATION FEE is not refundable or deductible when you avail our services and sign the contract.

·  We will cook intentionally food for your food taste. It is not food from our event or left over food.

·  Food to be served is not based on the package you are going to avail.

·  It’s including 4 main courses, rice, drinks and salad for those who paid CONFIRMATION FEE.
