Dear Friend of DamascusHigh School:

Thank you for your interest in advertising at the Damascus High School Stadium Field. Sponsors may purchase banners up to 4’ x 8’ and the Booster Club will hang it at Stadium Field during all home football games.

Reasons to advertise at DHS:

  • Each varsity home football game attracts thousands of community leaders and members.
  • Have your name (company name) included on information emails to Booster Club members.
  • Associate with a great high school and sports program.
  • Contribute to the success of all DHS sports programsas MCPS funding is insufficient.

______Bronze Level - Banner to be hung at stadium field at all DHS varsity

football home games (name announced at games) - $550.00 annually

______Silver Level - Banner to be moved to the DHS baseball diamond for the entire

baseball season – additional $100.00 annually (Bronze Level required)

______Gold Level - Name to be added to a collective banner of our Gold Level

sponsors to be placed in the gym for all gymnasium sports – additional $100 annually

(Bronze & Silver Level required)

______Platinum Level – The above chosen plus reserved parking (gravel lot), two adult fall

season passes, one game sideline invitation for two (restrictions apply) – additional

$250 annually(Bronze Level required)

Hornet Level – “Permanent” Ad panel on Stadium Scoreboard for all Stadium

sports for the entire academic school year. Limited availability, on a first come basis

Things to remember for a successful Booster Banner Program experience:

  • Vinyl banners must be for “outdoor” use and should have at least a 2 year outdoor guarantee.
  • Banners should have metal grommets to enable tying to the fence at Stadium Field and the baseball diamond back fence.
  • Banners must not be more than 4’ x 8’. Banners taller than four feet may not be completely visible at Stadium Field. Banners longer than eight feet are not accepted.
  • Banner lettering should be large enough to be visible from across Stadium Field and across a baseball diamond. Minimum 8” lettering is recommended but larger is better.
  • The banner may be reused in subsequent years however this sponsorship is for one school year – start of school in August through end of school in June.
